Darby was very professional but to thrvpoint of being demeaning. I've been Chronically Ill for so long without answers and all her responses were just to be glad I didn't have a negative diagnosis she refused to acknowledge my concerns I've never gotten a bad response like this at essentia before but u was sent home disappointed and discouraged
