Completely disappointed in this provider. Just found out that my father (who is 67, has stage 3 sarcoidosis, and difficulty breathing every single day) was told to come in today for a non-essential follow up appt during COVID-19. I work in the medical field and it is our responsibility as medical professionals to encourage these type of patient's to STAY HOME!!! This follow up appt absolutely could have waited. If he were to get this virus it would NOT be a good situation.....it is extremely frustrating that this “pulmonary critical care” office did not cancel that appt to protect him.
