She herself is a great physician. She is compassionate, she listens, she takes her time and finds problems others blatantly ignore. Unfortunately the office staff where she is currently located are kind of awful. My mom and I both see her and we both constantly have issues with prescriptions, referrals, and rudness. Currently I've been waiting 4 months for a script because they refuse to follow the insurance very simply directs for the prior Auth. They will be dishonest with Daniel about their contact with the insurance companies as well. I love seeing her but considering finding a new PCP specifically due to the office staff.

Her thoroughness helped me to feel confident with her. All questions were answered and she gave me the impression that she cared.

No compassion, no communication. I was transferred from front desk to nurse or medical assistant and was treated so rudely. Blamed me for their behavior. If you question Danielle and try to be a advocate for yourself she treats you like you are a pain and so does the medical assistant. The medical assistant told me, I needed to have patience, we'll the problem took almost a month to resolve. I also have vm's that give me 2 totally different answers. No communication.

Competent and delightful. Covered all of my concerns and ordered all appropriate tests.

My husband, son and I have been seeing Danielle for years. She is kind, attentive, and listens. She's diligent, focused, and when you're with her, you really feel like she does everything she can for you. Which she does. We love her.
