Very poor experience with FNP Potter. She is unprofessional. I had lab work done and there was never any follow up from her regarding abnormal values. Recently had to be seen for an unrelated issue. Upon waiting 50 minutes in a room, I asked the MA how much longer and the MA said she was with another patient performing a procedure, it would be another 15-20 minutes. I have to leave work early and I understand running 30 minutes behind at MAX but very rude and inconsiderate for a supposed professional.
