I took my Grandaughter here yesterday for my daughter in law. She was complaining of not seeing well out of one of her eyes. My grandaughter is 7 and shy. You had to pass thru the eyeglass counter and friendly lady there greeted us. Checked in with efficient young woman in the back and within a couple of minutes of our arrival, they did preliminary tests on her. Then we were right into the doctor. She was AMAZING. She figured my grandaughter out right away, and was so kind to her, and made her smile. We ended up having to dilate her eyes and my granddaughter cried and it was difficult. She was patient, she soothed her and was so kind, never once being impatient. I highly recommend Dr. Norville!
