She really listens to you and takes in all your details and gives you really good concrete advice on how to handle the different areas that you're dealing with such as being a Widow having depression letting go of children being single working with a daily schedule and I could go on and on. she has been a real gift to me and my family and I look forward to continuing with her to keep making improvements and have a balanced daily life.

I have never met a more genuine, kind-hearted, or intelligent person in this field. She will go out of her way to make sure you get the help that you need and empower you so that you feel good about yourself and are able to meet your full potential. I couldn't recommend a better therapist. She's the best.
