Dan was the worst therapist I've ever had. I was with him for three years, and ended up feeling a lot worse. He would constantly belitte and badger me. He would catch a nasty attitude with me for no reason. I had to constantly pause our sessions so I could stop him from continuing to degrade me. No, I would not recommend Dan to anyone.

Dan was an excellent counselor for me, quietly attentive and speaking when he had useful observations. This environment was just what I needed to give myself the time to attend to what was happening within and share it when it was revealed to me. Being alone with all I've been through, I needed this time and space with a caring insightful mental health expert. Our heads together were very therapeutic for me.
