Danelle Berdahl, LMFT

Danelle Berdahl has an inflated ego. She practices Brainspotting, a trauma modality and has taken the ranks for the years with this modality. I presumed she would have far more experience and expertise. Instead, you get a counselor who is egotistical, who is not caring at all, and she enjoys that she can one-up and thinks she is superior to your vulnerabilities in a counseling session. She never replies in a timely basis and when I was not cared for and not heard at all, I quit working with Danelle Berdahl. She does care either way. It is disgraceful. I would not reccomend.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but Danelle Berdahl is a terrible therapist. You have to prove so much why you as a client are worthy of getting her services. This is not a therapist who actually wants to serve and be of service. Rather, she has heirs about her that I am this brainspotting expert and I am above you. You don't actually get a human or any level of decency. Rather, Danelle Berdahl is elitist in who she selects as her 'perfect candidate.' So many hoops to just work with her and she already raises the bar unreasonably high with no rational understanding as to why she only selects certain clients. It is not because she actually wants 'a good fit.' Rather, she has a superiority complex that looks down at you . Please find a therapist who is there to actually serve and not treat you below them. I would not recommend Danelle Berdahl at all.
