Peace of Mind
I had a frightening experience with my right eye over the weekend. Dr Peterson was able to fit me on March, explain what was going, prescribe what was needed and calm my anxiety.

3 strikes and your out!
I have seen Dr. Peterson for eye exams three times in the past two years. Each time I have left with an erroneous prescription. The first time the prescription was missing critical information and the contacts I ordered did not fit. I went back to see him to say that I couldn't see with the new contacts and was told that the prescription was correct. It was only when I ordered contacts from another vendor that the missing information was identified. Two years later I went back to Dr. Peterson for another exam and a new prescription was issued that had the wrong expiration date. I don't know whose at fault, the doctor, the technician or the clerical staff, but I will never go back to Northwest Eye again!
