Her style of therapy works well for me. Caring, understanding yet not afraid to present different viewpoints or possibilities for me to ponder.

While polite, Dandie’s “style” of therapy did NOT work for me. She would start the call, say hello, say how I was, then do the “so what’s been goin’ on?” and expect me to just. Vent? I need to be guided in therapy. I need activities, worksheets, meditation & wellness exercises, etc. I can’t just tell you my tragic backstory on day one then give you weekly recaps of my symptoms & relationships. If talk-therapy is your “thing,” hit up Dandie, but it ain’t for me.
