If I had an option to go elsewhere I would
She took over for Doctor Kabadi, the hospital needs to find someone else. Diabetes is a disability as defined by The ADA, But to Dr. Rich a Disability is only something that will end ones life. She refused to fill out reasonable accommodation paperwork stating that my medical condition is not going to end my life. She is very condescending and she does not listen to her patients at all. If I had the option to find another Endocrinologist I would do so but we seen to be lacking in that specialty in my area.

I was very offended by her condescending attitude. Even after I complained about it she continued to justify her approach. She made the transition from 12 years at a pediatric diabetic clinic to an adult clinic a lot harder than it had to be. She really needs to use some emotional intelligence. I didn't feel comfortable addressing concerns because my daughter and I were busy feeling like we were being attacked.
