Terrible NP. She didn’t even do an exam. Didn’t Answer questions. Just had some sort of a grudge. Prob hates her job.

I have had serious issues trying to get refills for prescriptions in a timely manner. In both instances I have waited the 72 hour prior notice period before contacting the triage line to follow up. In both cases Dana has either misunderstood my request and/or the request has been excommunicated to her. This has caused me to go without necessary medication over a weekend twice. I have also made triage calls that have not been returned. I see another practitioner here with no issues.
