I felt that this provider suffers from dementia. I believe she might have serious underlying health issues to drive such mental degeneration. She would say one thing then contradict herself. She was also confused about a referral she gave me and mere days later discussing my case over the phone she could not remember anything. She also made judgements suggesting a very questionable value system. Scattered and did not seem sufficiently competent to me. Dropped her after one appointment.
