Dana Eason, PMHNP-BC

My experience was horrible. She never filled prescriptions on time despite multiple reminders and often wrote them wrong and then would not respond to fix her mistakes (delaying getting meds, sometimes by weeks! and leading to withdrawals), she no-showed or was so late that the appointment was almost over every time AND she takes no personal accountability for how these things create stress in her patients’ lives. I wish I could give less than 0 stars - HORRIBLE.

She shouldn't be allowed to practice, she literally just ghosts her patients

My experience with Dana was the worst ever. She did not return calls or emails for over a week. I told her office person who she passed off the unpleasant job of lying to clients that she would get right back to them which she never did. I told her assistant that I needed refills on my meds and I was either ignored or told she would have Dana take care of it. Well, Dana caused me alot of suffering since she did not call in my meds after she told me she would right after our first session. I see a very similiar review so it seems like this is just standard practice for her. She really should not be alloweed to practice medicine. If zero stars were an option she would definitely get a zero.

I have never had a worse experience with a healthcare practitioner than I did with Dana. She neglected to refill my meds (after calls every day for a week) which caused me severe problems and then berated me at our next meeting for expressing how her negligence had created extreme and unnecessary suffering. This woman should not be allowed to practice.
