Dr. Dana Anderson, PHD

Called her clinic to set up an appointment, she called me the following morning and was incredibly awkward, waited for me to fill in answers during our call that I had already spoken about. Insurance billed called and told me if I was going to go through my insurance how I’m supposed to (my primary as primary, secondary as secondary) that she would “have to do a lot of paperwork” and force me to do it. She wasn’t joking and was incredibly serious about not wanting to do her job. If this clinic and doctor can work with someone so inappropriate, I want nothing to do with them. I’m just trying to get some antidepressants and help for my suicidal thoughts.

O stars really I went to Brian Bantel a psychologist there. He does not and is not properly trained to do his job. He didn’t fill out any paperwork/reporting as requested of him by insurance as a quarter review for my disability as my prior office in another state had after I moved here and caused my disability to be cut off completely leaving me without income at the time. I had been on disability prior to ever seeing him for 2 years and nothing had ever gone wrong until meeting Brian Bante

I recommend Dr. Anderson to anyone going through a difficult time or needing guidance. She is an excellent listener, excellent communicator and without question, puts her client's first.

Genuine, kind, understanding, professional, well credentialed, caring and the only Doctor that I have visited in all of my adult years (57 years old) that has called spoken with me and /or left messages with me via phone and email outside of our normally scheduled office visits. I'm very pleased.
