My experience with Dr. Polk was horrible. He totally ignored everything I said to him, made inappropriate comments such as ethnic slurs, and refused to provide me with my records upon request. Completely unprofessional. Please avoid at all costs for your own good!

He didn't introduce himself, couldn't find the paperwork that his office staff handed him for us to complete, and didn't communicate very well with my 16 year old. I won't go back and wouldn't recommend him to anybody.
