Dalena is amazing. Everything about her radiates calmness, security, and the ideal environment in which to discuss and deal with difficult issues. When I was stubborn in accepting particular points, she gradually, slowly, eased me into seeing the truth. She's taught me things that resonated so deeply they've burned into my brain and have almost become mantras. My life has completely changed in the past 11 months; while it's true I've worked hard and done the difficult work, it wouldn't have been possible without a great therapist like Dalena to guide me. I'm forever grateful to her.
