We got our steps in for the day
The biggest vexation we faced was being given only a street address and not a room number for the Providence St. Vincent campus. We walked from end to end and back not sure where the office was. We started at the emergency entrance, walking the full llength of the building, asking clerks along the way. When we finally found his office, the visit was great.

Telehealth

Very Smart he definitely knows what he's doing ,I'm very impressed with his knowledge and he knows what questions to ask also his recommendations for what would help was very impressive. I've been to a sleep clinic before and I never got the help from them like this. His knowledge is incredible and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that has a difficult situation with sleep. Extremely informative

Dale Lee has the patience of a saint!
Telehealth
On our telehealth appt regarding my sleep apnea study, I bombarded Dale with my due diligence and questions for determining the best possible prescription and outcome for a CPAP solution. His demeanor was that of listening first and waiting to respond after I'd dominated the 'discussion' with all that I'd learned and assumed as a result. I quickly realized the rather small universe of choices with the 'system' for both product availability (and what led to those units I'd asked about that weren't available) as well as insurance coverage issues. In the end, Dale was a true professional, even carrying on with me over his allotted time for the call in order to insure I was satisfied on where to go next.

After seeing the main doctor at this clinic for awhile I switched to seeing Dale. He is fantastic, I am never rushed, and I trust him as mush as I did the other doctor.

This is not a nice man. He makes me feel bad about myself for saying I am in a lot of pain, as if he is judging me for being on the pills prescribed. Between both him & Dr Gullo, who is condescending, they do not make this clinic the warm, caring space one would hope for in a pain management clinic. This clinic leaves much to be desired!!
