I saw Dacia for the first time for a procedure follow up appointment, and was really impressed by her knowledge and excellent bedside manner. She'd clearly looked over my chart to understand the procedure I'd had before arriving in the exam room, was knowledgeable about electrophysiology procedures, and read the doctor's notes about the procedure and outcome. She explained things thoroughly, asked questions, and made sure all my questions had been answered. The thing I appreciated most is that as she was talking to me her demeanor was such that I felt like she had all the time in the world to talk to me and wasn't rushing out to see the next patient. Thank you, Dacia, for your excellent care!
