Dreadful and callous.
Wow. I guess I should’ve read the 1-star reviews first before ever calling them. I tried to become her patient but got a weird call from her that she would only see me if I dropped one of my life-saving medications and was off it for at least 3 months…Excuse me? I’ve seen dozens of MDs, NPs and DOs and no one has had a problem with that medication. Not even my pharmacist has a problem with it. I’ve been warned before to watch out for possible side effects or interactions but I’ve been on these for years. At least she didn’t take my money first before telling me this, but there is still a serious lack of both empathy and critical thinking skills. To top it all off, she told me to try a certain pain clinic up in Phoenix (a two hour drive away) that doesn’t take insurance (she must get a kick back from them).
