Disappointed
Disappointed in Dr Norall. She presented her knowledge and expertise as long and in depth- and I found neither to be the case. She worked with myself and my family inside our childs school and outside. I found her presence inside the school (namely school meetings) to be very contentious and she was ill informed on her information, techniques, and expertise. It had really a negative effect on our relationships with professionals and teachers. Outside of school, we found the same- ill informed practices that bordered on unethical and outdated. A gross mis statement of her credentials and ability to work with others. Will never hire again
