Sticking with our original doctor.
My spouse and I wanted to switch primary care physicians after moving. When we went to schedule at this office, if was very difficult to get into, to the point where my new patient appointment was canceled on me. Once my spouse finally got in, she tried to explain her medical history but felt like she was largely being ignored. She was then prescribed a new medication that has severe interactions with THREE of her current medications. When she asked if the med was going to have any interactions, she felt like she was again being ignored. The new medication then caused a severe interaction after a couple weeks, leading to health and employment issues. We do not think this office valued or cared about us and our well-being. We switched back to our original primary care physician.

They acted like why was I there and that I shouldn't have bothered them.

I felt very poorly when I was there and feeling progressively worse. The proscribed med wasn't available via Medicare, so I had to go with OTC med. Kind of disappointed with that.

Staff and PA seem very unconcerned almost as if they were being bothered the few times I visited. Feel as if I had a serious issue I would not get good medical care. Scary. I can not say enough good about all my other Kettering physicians.

She is nice but I do not recommend this nurse practitioner. Every time I took the kids to her, we ended up at the Urgent Care a couple of days later. This happened several times. I would recommend taking kids somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money.
