I have been seeing Cynthia for over a year now and she has helped me tremendously with things I didn't even know I struggled with. I was able to understand my anxiety and about my difficulties with paying attention, without being distracted. She has helped me strengthen my marriage and helped me set and understand boundaries. I have recommended people to Fresh Start and they have also been pleased with their own experiences with other staff. I would HIGHLY recommend her to friends and family. She is patient and kind but also straight forward with you, which I respect.

There are few people that have a true gift to help heal. She is one of those rare professionals. Without Cynthia, I might not have made it through a terrible time in my family's life. I will be forever grateful.

Cynthia is an amazing therapist and wonderful human being. She is very straightforward and also encouraging. She will celebrate with you when you are doing well and she will also tell you if she thinks you are wrong about something. Cynthia is all about making a dollar. She is unethical and doesn't care about the truth. She is rude and her office staff have not been pleasant. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone and wouldn't trust her with any child.
