Saw Cindy at her Exton location and during my first appointment was directed by the receptionist to give my EAP confirmation # to Cindy because they did not handle billing at the location. I gave Cindy a sticky note with the confirmation number written on it along with the name of my EAP program and told her that they were paying for the first 6 sessions. Three weeks later, I learned that she never turned the info over to billing and billed my insurance. Also took 3 sessions for a questionnaire!
