absolutely the most miserable person i have ever meet. she is rude, and she will mention how she has a masters degree in a way that makes you feel that she looks down on others if they dont. my interaction with her was short lived. Im not sure if i got her on a bad day, we all have them but rude and unprofessional. i just hope if your looking for services, please find someone else. hope this helps someone
