Excellent Everything
My daughter's ears were clogged, and OMG this place did an excellent job! From the front office to the back it's beautiful and the staff are beautiful. We were treated with extreme kindness from everyone. My daughters ears were unclogged and everything is just fine. I highly recommend.

I went to Memorial Hearing to get my ears cleaned because I deal with wax buildup. Dr. Crystal Wiggins was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and made the process go great. The office is very clean and they treat their patients like royalty.

Wonderful
Everyone was very friendly. I did not have to wait for my appointment. I was offered a variety of coffees and before I could finish it, I was called back to see the doctor. The doctor went out of her way to explain everything to me. She did not talk down to me. She was joyful and intelligent. They made me feel comfortable during my ear cleaning. I loved the before and after pictures. I am looking forward to going back. This will be my go-to for all my hearing needs. I will recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Wiggins is a lovely human. She made me feel so valued and *heard* during my appointment to get hearing aids. Her care was personalized, patient, and kind. This office is quiet and charming and one of the most laid-back appointments I have ever attended.

The visit was great, everyone was really nice. Dr. Wiggins performed an ear wax removal procedure (which was painless) on my mom, and she was so kind and thorough. Always asking if my mom was okay, if she needs this or that, etc. The office is also beautiful and the ear wax removal cost is decently priced compared to other places. Highly recommend!! One of the other doctors there has a tiktok that shows how the procedure is done: @doctorelly
