She was rude and in the middle of a phone conversation, she left the call handing it over to someone else.

Sticking to the facts here; I was a member of this practice until today apparently because my appointment was canceled without notifying me because I asked another doctor to review a specific condition and they required medical records. I didn't ask to have my PCP changed, it is still as of this moment Dr. Adams which passed through to Ms. Williams upon Dr. Adams retirement. I wouldn't even be so upset if it wasn't for the fact that this nurse and her EXTROADINARILY rude nurse canceled my previous appointment without informing me also. DO NOT COME TO THIS PRACTICE. They are unprofessional, rude, and all around inconsiderate.

Awful. She openly admitted to me she diagnoses people only to get them medicated and not because she believes it is beneficial. Her office is a quick way to get pills you don't need. Do not recommend. Go see a real psychiatrist instead.
