Cristy Wickman, CFNP

Cristy Wickman is a danger to patients. I don't say this lightly. But I want to save other women from going through what I did. Among the many problems: She had me undergo an unnecessary and excruciatingly painful biopsy without any painkillers (basically, my uterus was scraped with a razor). She gives incomplete annual exams to women. Her knowledge is limited. She doesn't call patients with test results (an assistant does it for her). Her care is either slap-dash -- or callous. The one time Wickman did call me about test results, she casually mentioned that I had an irreversible, fatal disease. She didn't explain what the disease was or what treatment was available. When I asked what I should do about it, she said: "I don't know." When I asked if she could refer me to a specialist -- she said she didn't know anyone. I tried to talk to Southwest Care about this, but the managers there don't return phone calls. Honestly, stay away. For your health's sake.
