I saw Cristin Rassi once.My next appointment I saw a different neurologist.This was w/o telling me.My physician sent a referral to see Cristin.Sometime in October they called me to set up an appointment.I returned their call I got another person other than the 1 that called.They made the appointment.Toward the end of October the original person that called to schedule the appointment called an cancelled the appointment.I asked y my appointment was cancelled.They said scheduling.They said they werent scheduling any appointments with her.They were rude the whole time.I called the InI an filed a complaint.I asked y my appointment was cancled.They said she doesnt want to see me.I asked if they could have her contact me so we can talk about it.They said they would but they doubt she would.I had my insurance company file a complaint for me.I had my physician look into it.I have been writing reviews.I received a retaliation letter an a retaliation certified letter.
