Doctor refused to allow me to try anything other then daily contact lenses and then told me i would need to have plugs put in for severe dry eye and that i could not wear contacts otherwise (that and daily, expensive eye drops). Never had problems with dry eye in past so i sought second opinion, and tried a different type of contacts-no pain and no dry eye. Concerning....

Dr. Miller is very nice; he explains everything thoroughly and I never felt rushed. The biggest problem for this office is the office staff. When it comes to ordering glasses, I don't think I ever had an order go through correctly and I was a patient there for 6+ years. I was always going back one, two, five times to get my glasses problems corrected. I would have still recommended this office up until my last annual exam where my order was so screwed up that I vowed to never go back.
