She’s miserable and takes out her bad days on her patients. She puts false information on your paperwork and makes accusations about you as well. She needs investigation and to be out of the health field if she’s not happy helping people daily.

Med express visit
Absolutely terrible provider. Wasted being on hold for over an hr to be told a kidney infection/ urinary tract infection would need to be seen in office. Would not prescribe anything or help out. I've had them before and antibiotics clears it right up. It was the end of the day and they weren't accepting any more visits at the walk in. She was very dispassionate and apathetic. Probably the worst provider I had ever dealt with. Will be formally filing a complaint.

Courtney Zajdel is a physician assistant who graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences in 2016, followed by her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Sciences in 2017 from Saint Francis University. She has been with Shaker Urgent Care and Family Practice since August of 2017.
