The first meeting was in her office. She was very nice and thorough. We went over lots of information about my life history. A lot of information was given to me at that time. All my questions were answered. I took the 3.5 hour testThe second meeting we went over the test and I received all my scores and even came to a conclusion as to what is causing my memory issues. She at that time told me it would take a couple months to get the results inwriting. It has now been 7 months with no communication. Unable to get through via phone no one answers the phone. I leave messages that go unanswered. I've sent emails that have never been answered.Frustrated is a good word for what I'm feeling. I need to get some helpfor my condition. There are classes I can take. There are other doctors I cansee, however I can't do anything til I have a copy of my results.Meanwhile I struggle everyday and it seems to have gone to a new level.I'm dissatisfied with the end result.

I personally like Dr. Lobraico, however we had our first testing appointment in April 2023, then a second testing appt May 2023. We had a verbal feedback appt a week later and another the first week of June. I was told that I'd have the final evaluation report at that meeting in June, but I didn't receive it. I needed this report for an IEP meeting with the school before school ended for the summer a week later. Four months have now passed, school has started and I still don't have the report. I've emailed and called multiple times trying to get this report. You can't leave a voicemail because the voicemail box if always full and can't take any more messages. The last time I received an email back was the end of July and was told that she'd be going to the office at some point and will send over the report then. I've emailed multiple times since then trying to get the report. It is now September 7, 2023 and I still don't have the report. I now need this report for multiple reasons to provide to doctors, the school, etc. I am extremely dissatified with the lack of follow up, no return calls or emails by Dr. Courtney Lobraico and even more disappointed in the fact that she doesn't have any sense of urgency to getting this report completed in a timely manner and sent over to her patients. When she did my son's neuropsych evaluation 15+ years ago, she was very prompt and very responsive and this is why I decided to return to her. Unfortunately my experience this time around is much different. I'm not sure that I would recommend her to anyone because it has taken so long to get the final report back. If I do get it back I will update this recommendation.

Still waiting for report 4 months later! – Sep 07, 2023

No Follow up , no report provided waste of time
I have similar poor experience as others here . The initial testing was interesting (many hours) and then the call back to go over in person verbally the results of the test felt very rushed and referenced many terms and diagnoses that I am unfamiliar with. Was told make an appt with pcp right away so she could send her my recommendations for meds. Well that was 7 weeks ago and NO REPORT SENT , not answering my emails . I feel completely ghosted by this doctor. Feels like a waste of time and money and I am untreated, unhappy and still unclear of the exact "findings". If I ever get a bill with my responsible portion after insurance I dont think I will pay it , seems they are not interested in keeping up with that either. NOT RECOMMENDED

Dr Lobraico was great with the evaluation and after telling us what our daughter had. BUT AFTER THE EVALUATION RESULTS... She promised us feedback and treatment options. She said she would get back in touch with us shortly with all that information, such as who to go to for more help in that area. We filled out Authorization to release and/or obtain info from my daughter's current drs. per Dr Lobraico's request so she can contract them (they were never contacted). She also mentioned she would give us information on a program that specializes in what my daughter has, that would help her. We tried calling (voicemail was full all the time) and emailing with no response. We finally got an email 4 months after her evaluation diagnosis, saying her role in this process of a Neuropsychologists are clarifying diagnosis/es, and providing feedback on treatment plans based on results from testing. Unfortunately No feedback or treatment plans were ever given. Sadly, I cannot recommend her.

Dr. L was wonderful in the beginning of the process. She was able to fit us right in and she did a fantastic job on the testing and her results were spot on! We have been waiting 14 years for these results and she finally was able to validate them. Our “results” meeting was wonderful. She was compassionate about what she does- had great recommendations but as stated in another review- she has a difficult time with communication. It takes several emails before she will email back. It's difficult to leave a voice mail because it is typically full. After the testing, she stated that it would take two weeks to get the written report. However, it took 9 weeks. Again, I would not have cared if she just communicated this. I did have a deadline for the report so my child could get accommodations in college and I wanted it before the semester started- I did not get the report in time. She is very knowledgable about her field but really needs to work on communicating with clients.

Highly Recommend
Dr. L came highly recommended by a friend who also went through this process. I felt as if I finally was able to get some answers after I left her office, and sure enough I feel as I have direction now. Thank you for all you do Dr. L. Thank you for your kindness and care with my son.

Can not recommend
Dr. Lobraico started out responsive when booking the evaluation. Once the evaluation was complete she did not answer any questions. She did not return my emails (with rare exceptions to assure me the report was almost complete). Her voicemail is always full, and I have never received a call back when I did get through, other than when I made my initial inquiry. The report took several months to obtain. Some neuropsych reports take a long time, but I was told it would be ready in 2 weeks at our feedback session and that was not the case at all. She went several weeks at a time without responding to anything. On the rare occasion I did receive a response it would just say the report was almost done. None of the responses I did eventually get addressed any of my questions. She promised to answer questions and advocate for my child with the school, but unfortunately did not do either and because of that, I cannot recommend her.
