Courtney Hafner, NPP

Courtney is very inexperienced as she just graduated in 2018 so I understand. However, she does not listen she only hears and there is a big difference. She basically has refused to treat a symptom of a problem relating to a disorder, by saying that’s not her field when actually it is when it relates to mood and the psychological disorder. The practice she works for is not friendly when it comes to call backs at all. It is very rare to get a call back even when you are suffering. I’ve never been to any psychiatric office where the practitioners or Drs. literally work 40hrs a week or maybe a little more and actually leave at 5pm. No room for call backs at all. They only say go to the emergency room when something could be fixed with a 5 min. call. But it’s literally the only option if you have limited income and can get hospital charity for copays. Courtney’s ego and actual lack of understanding is why I would suggest you ask for a different provider at this facility.
