Ms Forman was very helpful with exhausting depression and anxiety with a family member during covid. She was able to recommend the best counselor for the situation. Very kind and professional. Highly recommend!

By and large the worst medical treatment I have received in 60 years. I felt like I needed medication solely as a result of dealing with this health care "professional " . I would not recommend this po person to anyone that I cared about. A truly disappointing and frustrating experience.
