Doesn't listen, does as little as possible. I found that she has a different attitude with me than with a previous patient. So this is her choosing to not work for certain patients. Very unprofessional.

She did not know how to take a complete medical history from me. I was a new patient to Dr. Paul Wallace. She did not put the referral for Florida Cancer center as stated. She told me that she knows nothing about fibromyalgia. She did not follow up on pain management nor some of my medication. She never asked me about my anemia. When I mentioned it to her she seemed clueless. It is 11 days later she also did not follow up on paperwork I left to be completed for prescription assistance. Unhappy
