Collynne Tyer, APRN

Collynne inherited me as a patient when my original ( wonderful) neurologist quit the practice. We had a few appts, a meet and greet and to get new scripts for my medication. My most recent appt with her was terrible. I developed some alarming and brand new symptoms that were/are effecting my day to day and work. I first spoke with front desk staff to try to get an earlier appt to see if there was anything Collynne could suggest or refer me out for, I was only able to get an appt for a week earlier than my previously scheduled follow up and got put on a cancellation list. Eventually I reached out to Collynne via the patient portal and didn't receive a response until almost a week later. The response wasn't even from Collynne, but a nurse whose only advice was to get a pain management referral if my symptoms were causing pain or to find a psych doctor. I finally had my appt with Collynne where she entered the room very confrontational and rude, to the point I requested a new doctor.

Collynne has been wonderful in helping me after my stroke. She is always pleasant and is there when you need help/assistance/etc. Being able to use the portal, it has been great because you can get a quick response (she is quick to respond) from her without having to call and wait or leave a message. She cares about her patients (not just a number) and I am so glad to have her as my N.P.
