Telehealth
This practice has one of the worst protocols for handling missed appointments. I had scheduled a phone appointment months in advance but missed it, partly because I didn’t receive any kind of phone call reminder as it’s an appointment by phone. Given the holidays and having to drive my four kids around, it was a hectic time. Within an hour of missing the appointment, they canceled all my future bookings with no flexibility or understanding. It feels like they think being exclusive gives them the right to act dismissively, with an attitude of “too bad, that’s your problem.” There are other doctors who offer the same services, you know—you’re not the only option!

Psychological Testing
At the recommendation of our pediatrician we sought out testing with Dr. Daniel. She is booked out for months but was worth the wait! My daughter had a great time working with her, and we were given helpful recommendations and resources for home and school. She is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and warm. Her office staff was so organized and great at getting us set up and scheduled. Really a great experience, I could not recommend her more! Unfortunately she isnt able to see our daughter for therapy but she got us connected with another therapist who we really like.

When my daughter was referred for a neuropsyche evaluation, I shopped around to make sure we chose the best provider. Some were all online, some only did a few types of tests and most didnt work with insurance. Dr. Colleen Daniel's neuropsyche evaluation, however, provides a full slate of puzzles, tests and challenges, in-person, in just 2 half days and she works with insurance. I was thrilled and somewhat amazed that she got my daughter, who is very challenging to direct, to complete all the tests. The findings were extremely helpful! All data-backed, with thorough explanations of the tests, score ranges and practical results, and they were consistent with the behaviors we see firsthand. Her recommendations for care and school accommodations were spot on. She clearly stated the nuances I've long observed but couldn't put into words. I'm so grateful we finally have a reliable road map for a better future for our daughter. Highly recommend!!

BE WARY. Told me they accepted my insurance and they did not. Then they billed me for the services they said had been covered. Also highly unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Daniel evaluated my two children and husband for ADHD. Great experience and my son and daughter really liked their time with her. I recommended her to my friends.

Dr. Daniel was very helpful and listened to all of my concerns and answered even my silly questions. She was kind and patient with my kiddo-who gets really nervous at most doctor appointments and can cry/scream and act out when scared.

After interviewing a few doctors for a neuropsychological assessment with our daughter, we felt most comfortable with Dr. Daniel. Even before our first session was complete, my wife and I, both felt a sense of calm. Although she is the expert, she encourages us to work together as part of a team, to support our child. She is patient, even when answering our "Dr. Google" questions, and most importantly, she made an instant connection with our daughter. I highly recommend Dr. Daniel!

We loved our experience with Dr. Daniel! From our first interaction with her office manager Jenny, to our daughter's appointment, to the follow up, we were in great hands. I have referred friends and family members to her because she is such a sweet person and a kind, professional and skilled doctor. I cannot recommend her enough!!!

A horrible “doctor”! Hands down one of the most unprofessional people I’ve come into contact with. She claimed that my child could possibly have autism because they were nervous during their time of visit. My child has no issues with socialization, and this has been verified by a psychiatrist. They were merely uncomfortable having to be in the presence of someone who was so cold and uncaring. Skip the visit, and find another, more qualified psychologist. You won’t regret it.
