I've been seeing Collette for a few years now and feel she knows me pretty well. I am comfortable talking to her about anything. She's a good listener and helps me to find answers on my own with her feedback.

I would not recommend this individual. Took her two days to call me back when I was asking about my medication and getting it changed. In the conversation I told her about how I did not have insurance at the time, recently had a miscarriage and got taken off my medications by my obgyn and was looking for something to still be on as a mood stabilizer that I could take while pregnant as I am trying again. Her first response to me after explaining why I called her in the first place was "how do you expect to have a baby with no insurance?" This was very rude and intruding. I explained you can be on Medicaid when you are pregnant and the insurance concern is because I am unemployed yet going back to school full-time. She was stuck on the fact of insurance and a child rather than my well being and mental state. Continued to ask me questions on how my obgyn would do with my Medicaid. This is not her department not was she asking anything about my mental state. Insurance isn't the focus here.
