Did not provide treatment through virtual care
Telehealth
This pa is very rude and unhelpful. I explained the symptoms of my cold and he did not provide me any medication and told me to go to urgent care, this is virtual urgent care , provide me some care guide so that I can start improving, but no . He did not provide any otc alternatives or help with my cold
