The staff were friendly and professional. I showed up well before my appointment to complete the paperwork and had barely started when my name was called and taken back for the pre-examination interview. He was friendly and professional.A very short time later Dr. Koenig arrived and introduced himself. Enjoyed the introduction and discussion on why my GP referred me. He preformed an examination of it and a complete upper body exam. Described what he found and what he wanted to do. I accepted this and he was done in no time. At was at ease time. We discussed the follow up and said our goodbyes.The assistant led me back to the front desk and we agreed to a date and time for the follow up. I then finished the paperwork.I was done before my scheduled appointment.

Colby has a gentle bedside manner and was thorough and explained things well.

Appointment was two days after calling. Very professional. Asked SPECIFICALLY what I wanted done and that’s what he did. Great experience.

Colby and his staff all welcomed me with warm, friendly, professional attitudes. Colby asked many questions about my condition, thoroughly explained what he was going to do before and while performing procedures. He patiently listened to and answered my questions and also explained possible treatment options based on the results of my procedures and tests. I am glad I was referred to this office.

My PCP referred me to Colby, I was in his office less than 24 hours after the referral was made. He was knowledgeable., explained everything, answered all my questions and was a genuinely nice guy.
