Bad experience with this doctor. She did not record on her form all the issues discussed, when I tried to reach her again to make sure they are added, she resorted to being rude and short of calling me a liar, saying a manager has to review the telehealth video. When I said ok, check it, because I know what was discussed, she said she is not sure if they can do that. Very disappointing experience.
