I liked Claire very much. She took me seriously even if it was hard to nail down a few suspicions about why I'm in so much pain constantly. She requested a more advanced scan than the one I was already scheduled for just to get a clearer look of what was going on with me, and even talked about potential treatment options depending on what the problem could be! And even with me wearing a mask, she saw my eyebrows jump in delight at the concept of surgery (a cure! There might be a cure!) and mistook it for alarm and tried to reassure me that they weren't going to do anything I wasn't totally comfortable with.
