Ms Gray uses another therapist's license to process payments through Red Willow Counseling even after leaving Red Willow. Furthermore, Ms Gray does not display great care of clients past the first few initial sessions. Says she will send or give resources but never does, even after apologizing for not doing it the first few times promised. Some resources were pivotal to development yet Ms Gray still didn't seem to understand the gravity of not providing them at all. Ms Gray promises a lot of things that never happen, including following up about appointments or providing documents so client can continue elsewhere.
