Thorough exam, knowledgeable, and congenial.
Claire went a bit to fast through the appointment and I almost forgot my most important need and had to call her back in. But she’s an excellent dermatologist otherwise. I know their schedules must be tight, but my 80 year old brain can’t move as fast as it once did. Bless you Claire.

Excellent Care & Service
New to Greenville & Advanced Dermatology was highly recommended. Along with Claire Gillespie-Duke. Claire has a way of making you feel welcome right away. Everyone in office was very nice. Customer service is so important these days and Advanced Dermatology is exceptional. So appreciative.

Great job, but wait was too long...
Great job, but waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby is a bit too long for an annual checkup. The total time for the visit, including the examination, was 50 minutes. The examination was 5 minutes. Total non-value add time = 45 minutes. As a business advisor, I would encourage the staff to improve this...
