I threw out my back for the first time a week after my 30th birthday. At 34, it had turned into chronic lower back pain that I had been living with for years. I went to several physical therapists, twice a week for 10 weeks, and do all the recommended exercises on a daily basis. After all that I would typically notice a 10% pain decrease. Then I went to Cindy and she changed my life. I had never believed in Eastern Medicine, but after 3 appts I had no more back pain. Huge thanks, Cindy!!
