Cindy empowered my adolescent son who was experiencing debilitating anxiety and depression. She created a safe space for him to talk about his worries and childhood trauma, validated his experiences, helped him find new ways to think about things, and helped him build a skill set for managing anxiety and depression. It has been ten years now and what he learned working with Cindy has allowed him to function and live a responsible adult life, and have the trust and courage to address challenges as they have emerged.
