Chris clearly explained the procedure and what I could expect with aftercare. He listened and carefully answered my questions. I felt that I was listened to and could ask any pertinent questions.He also explained what would happen at the follow up appointment.

I had my pre-op conference today. Everything was explained regarding my prep, what I needed to bring and what exactly was going to be done. Also went over pain and after care. I am very comfortable with the entire surgery procedure because of the time and explanation Christopher provided.

Follow up on rotator cuff surgery and it went very well. He reviewed my progress and gave me the okay to stop physical therapy. He is always professional and explains everything very clearly.

Professional caring thorough

I saw Chris for a gel shot in my knee. He was professional and skilled in administering the shot. Less than two weeks later, I fell and landed on the same knee. I suffered a hematoma and severe bruising. OrthoNY (patient advocate Cheryl) quickly scheduled an appointment with Chris who carefully assessed the damage to my knee, checked the x-rays, and assured me that the knee was healing and no further treatment was needed at this time. He was personable and efficient and I left confident that my knee was going to be fine.

PA Christopher was such a breath of fresh air! He was very pleasant, professional, & listened to my concern He readily reviewed my X-ray, examined me, & acknowledged my problem He ordered a MRI, & explained my possible treatments & options pending the MRI results Thank you PA Christopher & Dr Silver's office It was really a refreshing change from most medical facility appointments these days

Went to see him prior to my shoulder replacement surgery. This guy is the cats meow. He is intelligent, full of information, approachable, witty. Explained what I am going to go through so I understand the process.

I was most impressed by the professional yet comfortably personal approach of the provider. He was attentive and a good listener.
