Dr. Christopher Smallwood, PHD

Dr. Smallwood does not care about his clients or his staff. He throws his staff under the bus. During my appointment I brought up the fact that my medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy and I emailed support. (Support responded appropriately) they sent a message to the doctor. No response within 48hrs so I scheduled an appointment. He claims they do not know how to do their job. To be honest I think it is him that cannot do his job. He still managed to send my medication to the wrong pharmacy. He is also very prescription happy. It’s almost too easy to get prescriptions. I mean I’m sure some like this but it is not how it should be done. He also has changed the name of his practice far too many times. All sounds fishy to me. I definitely am looking for a new doctor. Please avoid!

The first evaluation was great. He is accurate, Friendly, Understanding, and easy to talk to.He got my medication sequence just the way I needed it.I highly recommend him as a psychiatrist

Dr Smallwood should not be allowed to practice. Terrible service, no phone, no show to his own appointments, and you could go weeks without receiving your prescriptions. Not to mention he rushes through visits and doesn’t listen. I could go on but I think you get the jist, wherever you go, just do not go here for care.

I am a former employee of Christopher Smallwood at his previous company, Smallwood Behavioral (now he is at Forefront PSI). He took money out of my and my coworker's paychecks for taxes and 401k, however he did not pay our taxes and has stolen our 401k money. We all currently owe thousands of dollars on our taxes due to his outright theft of our wages. He has gaslighted us and been unresponsive to our concerns. In addition, he provides subpar care to his clients including frequently cancelling appointments, lack of response to client's messages, and dangerous prescription combinations. I highly recommend you seek services anywhere else.

I was a patient of Dr. Rodolfo Aguilar through Smallwood Behavioral (suddenly and inexplicably trying to rebrand to Forefront Psychotherapeutics). I had an issue with a prescription and I contacted Smallwood repeatedly over the course of weeks asking them to have Dr. Aguilar contact my pharmacy. I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Aguilar in order to talk directly to him about the issue and suddenly he was no longer listed as a provider at the practice. It took me directly asking the office staff if he no longer worked there for them to admit to me that he had left and that was why I was getting nothing done contacting them over and over again for weeks about the prescription. I chose to see the (previously) eponymous Dr. Christopher Smallwood in an attempt to have the best possible continuation of care. Dr. Smallwood seemed like he was actively trying to get me off of the call when I had an appointment with him. I asked him to delay a prescription so that my pharmacy, which was al
