I had extreme pain in my arm and hand for a month and saw my doctor who recommended a nerve specialist. Expecting surgery, after speaking with family, I first went to Alexander Chiropractic in Livermore where I used to go when I had lower back issues. I met with Dr. Chris Saincome who evaluated me, including a neck x-ray, and he diagnosed me with a pinched nerve. He showed me the x-ray, explained the effect was that my neck had lost its curvature, and gave me the root cause reason - years of bad posture and side sleeping position. He assured me that this would not require surgery to correct and with a series of changes to correct my bad posture habits along with treatment and some orthotic tools, he could alleviate the pain permanently. It was amazing that within a few weeks, I saw progress with total pain shortly after. I've been pain free for months. He suggested a neck orthotic tool, special pillow, exercises and stretches and therapeutic massage. So thankful to Dr Chris!
