Passive aggressive
Dr. Ogolla treated me disrespectfully from the start. He was passive aggressive with a dismissive attitude and would not explain why he was acting this way. We spoke with the practice manager and he still wouldn’t explain. I left before the exam was finished. The practice manager alluded to him being an on-going problem.
